Winter Park is not a subdivision you can landscape from a template. Century-old live oaks, brick streets, and a chain of lakes running through the middle of town make every lot its own problem to solve. That's the work we like.
Windermere, FL
Windermere properties get looked at. Sand roads and moss-draped oaks in the old town, immaculate frontage in the gated communities, and the Butler Chain of Lakes tying it all together. Landscaping here has to hold up to that standard every single week, not just on install day.
Switching from another landscaper?
It's usually simpler than people expect. Most landscape maintenance agreements run month-to-month or ask for 30 days' written notice, so check your cancellation terms first. If you'd like a second set of eyes, send us the contract and we'll read it with you before you cancel anything. Once you know your end date, we'll book your first visit right after it so the property never goes a week without care.
